September Calendar For A Cause- James River Basin Partnership

The James River Basin Partnership Mission is as follows, “Since James River Basin Partnership’s inception 20 years ago, our volunteers, members, and staff have committed through action, education, and research, to preserve and protect water quality within the James River basin and our beautiful Ozarks landscape.”

The James River Basin Partnership focuses on raising awareness to help improve, protect and educate our community on water quality.  This organization has many annual events such as River Rescue, River Jam and Adopt a Highway just to name a few.  We reached out to ask how we can help the James River Basin Partnership during the month of September, and in return they mentioned they would be having an event called, “Sunset Soiree- A Bridge to Clean Water.”  The event consists of a wonderful night of dining and drinks from local restaurants and breweries as well as socializing on the Finley River Bridge in Ozark, Missouri.  Many other activities at Sunset Soiree- A Bridge to Clean Water include a silent auction, live music, paintings and whiskey pulls.  To help this great organization during the month of September, we promoted the event on our social media pages which included several posts about the event and how to go about getting tickets.  We also purchased tickets to attend the event, Sunset Soiree- A Bridge to Clean Water. This event is one that we like to sponsor annually as water quality is very important for all of us.  We like to help keep our waterways clean which in return helps everyone.  We were honored to help the James River Basin Partnership in raising funds and awareness about water quality in the greater Springfield area!  Thank you again for all that you are doing James River Basin Partnership in raising funds and keeping our water ways clean!
