Construction disbursing is a service offered by Hogan Land Title Company to assist property owners and their lenders with the management of payments associated with new construction projects. Hogan's disbursing office collects invoices and disburses payments pursuant to pay requests which are submitted by the property owner and contractor and approved by the lender (when loan funds are used). This service also includes filing 1099's for applicable payouts as required by the IRS. Hogan's disbursal office has extensive expertise in commercial, residential, rehab and self fund construction projects.
