Holly Foss

Holly is one of our longest tenured employees, enjoying her 21st year at Hogan! Her first job at Hogan was “popping staples and prepping files for scanning”, and she has worked her way up to being a tremendous closer. In her free time, Holly enjoys running, working out, baking, listening to live music, and spending time with her adorable puppy, Emmy. She has a special knack for handling commercial transactions, and her favorite part about working at Hogan is that “We work hard but also play hard. I love my Hogan family.”

Angel Inmon

Angel has been at Hogan Title for over 19 years. Her first job at Hogan was preparing and scanning documents, but it didn't take long for Angel to accrue knowledge and work her way up to closer. In her free time, she enjoys virtually all outdoor activities, whether it be fishing, boating, or kayaking with her family at Pomme De Terre. When she's not soaking up the sun at the lake, she loves bird watching, potting, reading, and shopping. She is our "residential closer extraordinaire", and specializes in "treating each buyer and seller as (she) would like to be treated. She knows first hand what it takes to buy and sell property, which helps her maintain a level of compassion for her clients and ensures the process goes as smoothly as possible. Her favorite thing about working at Hogan is "the leadership, atmosphere, and family focus of the company".

Ashley McBride

Ashley has racked up a total of 20 years in the title and escrow industry, with 15 of those being at Hogan. She came right in as a closer, while also holding some marketing responsibilities in the beginning. In her free time, Ashley loves all things sports, including Chiefs football, running, CrossFit, and especially cheering on her kiddos. She specializes in commercial and residential transactions, and says she values the friendships she has made over the years. “I get to meet all kinds of new people, both locally and from all over the country. I enjoy helping people close on their biggest investment and keeping them calm throughout the process. I also love numbers, so this really is the perfect job for me.”

Kiersten Snowden

Kiersten started at Hogan at the age of 18, working the front desk in our Branson West office. She learned quickly, became a closer just a year later, and was named manager of our Branson location in 2019. In her free time, Kiersten enjoys photography, being outdoors, and loving on her two kiddos. "When I started working for Hogan in 2013, I knew it was a special company and that it would hold a special place in my heart for many years. When I decided to become a stay at home mom and leave the company, it was one of the hardest decisions I have ever made. But (Company president) Kim Chaffin said to me, 'We are sad to see you go, but happy for your new adventure. You will always have a position with Hogan Land Title.' That stuck with me, and when things in my life shifted and I was ready to go back to work, they welcomed me back with open arms. I have never known a company that treats all of their employees as family, and I am forever grateful that I stepped foot in the doors of Hogan. I can't ever imagine being anywhere else!"

Amber Chubb

Amber has been at Hogan for 8 years, and boasts expertise in residential, commercial, land and disbursing. Her first job with the company was part-time marketing in Branson and Branson West. After that, she moved to the Sunshine office, where she learned how to close and process files. She took over our Branson West office in 2021. In her free time, Amber enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and watching Chiefs football. Her favorite part of working at Hogan is "the family atmosphere". She says, "everyone is always there for each other, we really are one big family"!

Jennifer Chadwell | Residential Transactions

Jennifer is one of our newer closers, recently celebrating her one-year anniversary with the company. Prior to her arrival at Hogan, she enjoyed a long career in cosmetics and customer service. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and friends, and is an avid concertgoer. “My favorite part of working at Hogan is my co-workers. They are seriously the nicest people and have welcomed me with open arms!”
