https://www.facebook.com/lifestrengths.sgf?fref=ts Helping the youth of the Springfield area, LifeStrengths is a nonprofit based in Springfield that gives youth governmentally classified as homeless, foster, juveniles and at-risk a program to defeat their current situations. The LifeStrengths program pairs these youth with LifeCoaches that help with life-skills, internal motivation, and basic literacy skills for 12 months. Throughout the year, the youth are walked through a visual guide to help them get out of poverty and dependence on government programs as well as learns self-sufficiency and financial independence. We are proud to have this local nonprofit as our Calendar for a Cause for the month of July. We will be donating time throughout the month of July helping fix up the new location for both LifeStrengths and iPourLife.
